Life moves so fast. Between work, family, responsibilities, endless notifications, and the weight of the world, it's easy to forget what it feels like to simply breathe... to laugh... to PLAY.
The Wild Coast Sisterhood Retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise and spend a weekend reconnecting with yourself, nature, and a circle of women seeking the very same thing.
Nestled in a charming historic Victorian overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Fort Bragg, we'll spend the weekend slowing down, wandering the rugged coastline, exploring tide pools, practicing beach yoga, creating beautiful herbal crafts, sharing nourishing homemade meals, and ending each day with deeply restorative sound baths.
One of the most meaningful experiences of the weekend will be our Ocean Release Cacao Ceremony.Together, we'll gather at the water's edge for a heart-opening cacao ceremony before gently releasing whatever no longer serves us—whether it's people-pleasing, burnout, self-doubt, grief, an old relationship, or simply a season of life that's ready to end. Using the rhythm of the waves, and each other as witness, we'll create space for more peace, joy, and possibility.
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering the woman who exists beneath the stress, responsibilities, and expectations.
The woman who laughs freely.
Who feels connected.
Who finds joy in simple moments.
Who knows how to rest without guilt.
When was the last time you felt those things?
You'll leave with a calmer nervous system, meaningful connections, renewed inspiration, salt in your hair, and the reminder that life isn't only meant to be managed—it's also meant to be enjoyed.
